            General Information of Steel Garting

            Ordering Information

            1. Grating type. It includes bearing bar type (width & thickness), bearing bar pitch, cross bar pitch. For instance, JG325/30/100 JG255/30/100S, etc.
            2. Grating size, that is length by width. Remark: the direction of length is same as the direction of bearing bar. Referred to the direction of span.
            3. Quantity of grating.
            (1) Measured by pcs if the order is not so big.
            (2) Measured by square meters if the grating sizes are complex, & the unit would be marked as m2 .
            (3) Measured also by weight if the grating sizes are complex, & the unit would be marked as kg . Remarked: the weight of grating would be caculated according to YB/T4001.1-2007.
            4. Banding of grating. The flat bar with same size of bearing bar is available for banding of grating. Special banding or no banding would also be available according to the confirmation made by buyer & supplier.
            5. Serface treatment. Hot-dip galvanizing is generally used, & doing surface treatment or not doing would be subject to buyers’ decision through discussion.

            Stair Tread

            1. Type of grating. JG255/30/100 & JG325/30/100 would be recommended previously.
            2. Size of tread., that is length by width. Remark: the direction of tread refers to the direction of width of ladder.
            3. Quantity of tread. Tread would be calculated by pcs.
            4. Surface treatment. Hot-dip galvanizing is generally used, & doing surface treatment or not doing would be subject to buyers’ decision through discussion.
            5. Regarding the side plate of tread, please see the attached picture. And please check the chart to see the relation between width & hole pitch of tread.

            The side plate adopts 65×5 mm bearing bar. It’s only mitred when requesting from customers.

            Stair Tread

            Finished grating packed with steel belt, & wood usually used for matting, so that it’s convenient to load. For black grating, flat bar available for packing.
            Note:The packing would also be according to customers’ requirements through discussion.
